Celebrating Allen Sapp’s legacy and the powerful art of the Northern Plains Cree, the Allen Sapp Gallery has been North Battleford’s crown jewel since 1989. Housed in the historic 1916 Carnegie Library, this award‑winning venue draws visitors from around the world to experience the spirit and stories of the Cree.

This 385 seat performing arts theatre is owned by the City but operated by an independent Board of Directors.

This facility, which includes full staging, rehearsal spaces, and a box office, is sponsored by the Dekker and Rawlinson families. The two-tiered design is ideal for music, dance, and theatre performances.

  • Volunteer – help run fun activities for the community.
  • Advisory Committee – work to involve residents in sports, culture, and recreation by supporting non‑profits. Grant funds must fund programs that boost participation for under‑represented groups.
