Follow this process to obtain a criminal record check:

1. Fill out the application at City Hall or on the online form and pay the fee. Receipt of payment is sent directly to the RCMP detachment.
2. Bring two pieces of government-issued ID to the RCMP detachment, and then they will begin processing your criminal record check.

If you have installed a new fire pit or modified an existing fire pit, you will need a fire pit inspection. Follow these easy steps to have your fire pit inspected for approval.

1. Fill out the application, pay and keep your emailed receipt of payment.
2. Call the Fire Department at 306-445-1700 to arrange the inspection of your fire pit.
3. When the firefighters arrive, show them the receipt and they will do the inspection.

Sign up for the tax (TIPPS) and the water (WIPPS) instalment program to make bill payments easy and stress-free. Instead of paying large payments by the due date, you can spread your payments out over the whole calendar year.

Ensure the account you are applying for is current before you start. Call 306-445-1700 to inquire about your account's balance.

• You will need to upload a void cheque. If you do not use cheques, your bank will give you an alternative document.

Apply now.

You can make payment with a credit card or a debit Visa. If you need to pay with cash, debit, or money order, you can pay: 

• in-person at City Hall
• by dropping off payments at the secure drop box at City Hall (at the door closest to the corner of 13^th Avenue and 101^st Street)
• by mail (do not mail cash)

• Go to the water fill webpage
• Click on "Apply for an Account"
• Fill out the information on the "Apply for a New Account" form
• Click "Apply Now" when you are done with the form
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email provided in your application, click the link to confirm your account
  • If the email does not show up in your inbox, check your "junk mail" folder
• The link will open a browser tab asking you to create a password for your account. Your password must meet the requirements to be accepted.
• Click on "Confirm Account Now" to finish creating your account

Once you are done with your account, make sure you select “Log Out” at the upper right of the window

• Go to the water fill webpage
• Click on "Log in now!"
• Enter your username and password, then click "Log in"
• You will be prompted to set up 2-step verification or to bypass 2-step verification.
  • 2-step verification is added security for your account to make your account more difficult to enter for potentially fraudulent activity. Note: you may use your email address and/or your cell phone number (text) for the 2-step verification. You can also set this up later from your water fill account.
• If you enable 2-step verification, you will be prompted to enter a verification number each time you log in to your account
• Click on "Save"

Once you are done with your account, make sure you select “Log Out” at the upper right of the window.

Set up your "truck" account code and the account PIN.

• Select the "Truck Management" icon under the main menu
• In the new window, click "New" and enter your access code, PIN, truck name and other information.
• Click "Save" at the bottom right of the window

Remember your access code and PIN - you will need this information

• Return to the home screen by clicking on the "Home" in the top left of the window

Once you are done with your account, make sure you select “Log Out” at the upper right of the window.

• At the home screen, click on "Make a Payment"
• Read the policy information, then enter the payment amount
• Click on "Submit Payment" then "Pay"
• Enter the credit card information
• A transaction confirmation window will confirm the funds have been transferred to your water fill account
• Click "Continue" to return home.
• You will be emailed a transaction receipt
• At the home window you will see your current balance, transaction history, payment history and the ability to add more trucks

Once you are done with your account, make sure you select “Log Out” at the upper right of the window.
